Therefore, the winner of Character Battle II 4th preliminary is......Ikaruga Ayame !!! Fighting through siblings battle, Ayame emerge as the victor, beating her own sister, Ibuki !! What an amazing battle, note that Ayame thinks of herself being "lower" than her sis, Ibuki, but actually beat her even with Ibuki's charisma ! Congrats to Ayame !
