Hereby, the admin announces that Character Battle II Elimination Round 4 has ended in 16th of December 2010.

Da result:

Ikaros: 10 (66%)

Akaba Chizuru: 5 (33%)

Therefore, the winner is...Ikaros !! The angeloid fly high and beat Chizuru by a large gap, especially during the early stage of the battle ! What a surprise, considering Chizuru who got higher votes during the preliminary round ! Congrats to Ikaros !!
