She is Seto San from anime "Seto no Hanayome". She never appear as a cameo. The anime is a comedy (like Hayate no Gotoku), you can check it on wiki.

Btw, namanya yang bener itu
"Seto Sun" bukan "Seto San" (bacanya sama), jangan liat hasil fansub. Lihat di openingnya. Bakal ada tulisan "Sun&Lunar".(2 - 2nya karakter dari "Seto no Hayanome").
Gw ga tau kalo wiki tulis lain. Yg jelas, di opening animationnya tertulis bgt... Maaf kalo salah
Di wiki Seto Sun kok , lucu juga namanya . Aslinya gambar ini bergerak lho , sayang di web ga bisa , payah nih ...

One of the funniest animes I've seen.
It has great insert songs too...like "God Knows" and "Lost My Music" in Haruhi.
Oh , really ? What if compared to Hayate ?
Anyway , why she's on sushi plates ?
Hayate is better in my opinion
but still, Seto no Hanayome is worthed to watch.
why the sushi plate? i dunno either..
but on the ending song, all the characters from Seto no Hanayome are placed on those sushi plates and "dancing"..
So it's something like caramel dance ? That kind of song (song with dance , another example : Hare-Hare Yukai ) is popular right now...I see..hm..hm...
